How to order
and subsequent sequence to completion
We are always happy to discuss and talk through any details with potential customers, and pride ourselves on being as helpful and understanding as possible. It is not every day you order a stable block or building, so please do phone or visit us with any questions you may have. Also if required order forms and brochures can be posted to you, or alternatively, once you have decided exactly what you wish to order, if you have the facilities you can download a pdf order form to complete. Don't forget to include any delivery charges if you are not in Surrey, Sussex or Kent.
Please take the time to make yourself aware of our Terms and Conditions, as you are signing to say you have understood them. There are no obscure or dastardly terms, but access to your base with our lorry is one that some misunderstand. It is absolutely critical that adequate measures are taken so that immediately upon arrival we have access to the base. Should our lorry not be able to drive to your base additional costs may be incurred, or worse still for all involved, an aborted journey. If in any doubt please phone to discuss prior to ordering.
A deposit of one third of the purchase price (including VAT) is required by cheque made payable to Levade Systems Ltd., and should be posted with the completed order form to Levade Systems Ltd., Lines Farm Estate, Parrock Lane, Colemans Hatch, Hartfield, Sussex TN7 4HT. We do not currently accept credit cards, or offer any finance terms.
Upon receipt of your order form and deposit a Brick Base Plan will be sent to you.
Unless alternative arrangements have been discussed or you are ordering a mobile unit, we ask that you inform us when your basework is 100% completed and ready for Levade Systems to erect your building.
Assuming you have placed an order, we are normally able to complete the installation within ten days of your base being completed. Mobile units are frequently available at relatively short notice.
It is very rare, but bad weather can result in temporary postponement of deliveries.
The cheque for the balance of payment is due on completion and should be given to our site operatives.
